Sabyasachi Sengupta is speaking on a stage

He is also a behavioral change expert, and author of “What’s Your Plan B?” With 17 years of experience in banking, he now helps leaders and teams navigate change and innovation through humor, storytelling, and behavioral science. He turns resistance into readiness, and helps teams to achieve their transformation goals. He is also a passionate public speaking coach who believes that change begins with one story — and one behavior — at a time.

Douglas Kruger

Douglas Kruger is speaking on the stage

He joined Toastmasters fresh out of high school, and soon found himself representing District 74 at the World Championships of Public Speaking. As a result, he became a full-time professional speaker, and launched a global career. He is now the author of 16 commercially published books, with bestselling titles like ‘Poverty Proof,’ ‘Relentlessly Relevant,’ ‘Own Your Industry,’ and ‘They’re Your Rules, Break Them!’ Today, Douglas speaks for corporate leadership groups on themes of innovation, talent development and productivity. Born in South Africa, he now lives in Jersey, in the English Channel Islands.

Francesco Fedele, DTM

International Director for Region 10

Francesco Fedele

Francesco discovered Toastmasters in 2011 and immediately became an active member of Toastmasters Roma. He has served in every club officer role, chartered four clubs, and founded an advanced club. A district leader for six years, he was the first District Director of District 109 (2018–2019), leading it to Smedley Distinguished status. He later served as Region Advisor for Region 10 which encompasses all of Europe and parts of North Africa and the Middle East. Today he serves on the Board of Directors of Toastmasters International as Region 10 International Director. Professionally, he is a trainer and EU project coordinator based in Rome.

As a former Acting Vice President at Siemens Indonesia, he worked with leaders and business owners navigating pressure, complexity and transformation. Today, he supports companies and entrepreneurs as a business consultant, while also working as a certified Psychosocial Counsellor, helping people understand triggers, build awareness and communicate with clarity. A Toastmaster since 2022, Pascal is currently Director of Division F, connecting performance, presence and conscious leadership.

Endri Ndoni founded Toastmasters in Albania in 2024. He is a leadership and senior talent professional, with extensive experience in executive search, leadership consulting, talent management, and behavioral assessments. With an engaging facilitation style, Endri translates occupational psychology into practical leadership insights. Shared Secrets: Where Communication, Networking and Strategic Leadership Converge

“Shared Secrets” is an interactive, values-driven panel bringing together senior leaders from Toastmasters International and Business Network International (BNI) to explore the principles that sustain strong, people-centered organizations.

This is not a comparison of models, but a dialogue about shared leadership values: integrity, respect, service and excellence.

Through storytelling, real experiences and practical insights, panelists will demonstrate how effective communication, intentional listening, strategic thinking and meaningful networking can work together to create real impact.

Participants will leave with more than inspiration. They will gain practical tools, clearer direction and a deeper understanding of how Toastmasters skills translate into professional growth and sustainable leadership.
