Terms and Conditions
By purchasing any of the tickets available, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Ticket sales:
Registration is only considered complete once the participation fee has been paid and the participant has received a confirmation email.
All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to flight cancellations, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Tickets may, however, be transferred to other persons, although the transfer only becomes valid once the registration form is updated through the website, and the Registration Manager confirms the transfer upon notification of such change. Any payments relating to such transfers must be settled between the individuals concerned, and the conference organizers will not be involved.
2. Liability:
By registering for the conference and, or any of the events relating thereto, including the social programme, you agree to indemnify and not hold liable Toastmasters International, District 109, and Tirana Toastmasters as well as any organizing team members, volunteers and third parties, from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your attendance.
3. Event Cancellation:
In the event that the conference is cancelled, the price of the pass will be refunded, but the conference organizers, including but not limited to Toastmasters International, District 109 and Tirana Toastmasters, will not be held liable for compensation for any expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
4. Event Changes:
We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, and/or venue. Follow this conference website for updates.
5. Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the conference and any events relating thereto. Should you engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.
6. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any conflicts that may arise will be settled accordingly.
