When you apply to become a participant, we will only collect personal data necessary to register you for the conference. We may ask you to provide additional information at a later stage, including but not limited to your participation in certain social activities/events. Personal data will be protected in line with General Data Protection Regulation standards and any other applicable laws.

You may choose not to provide certain information or to have it deleted by reaching out to the organising committee. Should you wish to do so, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee that you would be able to make the most of your experience and we might not be able to accommodate certain requirements. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you.

We retain personal data to fulfil any legal or regulatory obligations and for legitimate purposes.
