Behind these seemingly esoteric terms, lie simple concepts that anyone can apply. Working through several examples, you will explore how to transform bland statements into impactful lines!
With a background in computer science and a passion for talent development, Roberto Santoro divides his professional life between algorithms, machine learning and soft skills. He has a deep love for communication in all its forms, and is a writer, a proud Toastmaster and a TEDx speaker coach. Michelle Sabatini is a psychologist and body therapist, with over 20 years of experience supporting people in developing body awareness, working with breathing, and transforming limiting patterns. Michelle has been a Toastmaster for more than 10 years, where she deepened her confidence, clarity and joy in speaking, within a supportive and playful community.

Dor Eldar is CEO of Elder PR and brings 25 years of strategic PR expertise to the Toastmasters community. As a doctoral researcher at Bar-Ilan University, studying digital diplomacy and public communication, she understands how powerful messages can shape the world. A dedicated Toastmaster, who served as President of Toastmasters Israel and VPPR at Toastmasters Haifa, Dor is passionate about helping fellow members to amplify their carefully crafted speeches beyond club walls. She currently mentors educators about AI integration, bridging traditional communication with digital innovation for maximum authentic impact.

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore strengths, shadow behaviors and preferences, while mapping personality traits to Toastmasters officer roles. Endri Ndoni founded Toastmasters in Albania in 2024. He is a leadership and senior talent professional, with extensive experience in executive search, leadership consulting, talent management, and behavioral assessments. He works with leaders and organizations to understand how performance is shaped by personality, behavior and context. With an engaging facilitation style, Endri translates occupational psychology into practical leadership insights. His work focuses on helping individuals to increase self-awareness, leverage strengths responsibly, and recognize behavioral blind spots. He is passionate about developing confident, purposeful leaders through dialogue, reflection and experiential learning.

This workshop explores the craft of facilitation, which means how to design purposeful conversations, engage diverse voices, navigate dynamics, and turn meetings into spaces where clarity emerges, decisions stick, and teams move forward together.
Ramin Kaweh joined Toastmasters Geneva in 2019 and has since held several club and District leadership roles, including Club President and Area Director, while competing successfully from club up to District level. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Nexus Consulting, a Geneva-based team-building consultancy specialising in collaborative leadership for multicultural teams. A Team Trainer for over 25 years, Ramin has facilitated and led numerous retreats, workshops, and team-building programmes in over 45 countries across five continents, working with UN agencies and leading multinational organisations.

Francesca Gammicchia (D109 IPDD, TEDx curator, innovation manager, business coach and gardening enthusiast) loves to work with professionals and communities to turn individual potential into meaningful impact. In her profession, she designs training programs for individuals and small companies, converting communication and leadership skills into real-world impact. In Toastmasters she leverages special programs, such as Speechcraft, Speakers Bureau and membership campaigns, as strategic tools for club growth, member engagement and leadership development. Pascal Dricot is a business and communication expert who combines international corporate leadership with a deep insight into human behaviour. As a former Acting Vice President at Siemens Indonesia, he worked with leaders and business owners navigating pressure, complexity and transformation. Today, he supports companies and entrepreneurs as a business consultant, while also working as a certified Psychosocial Counsellor, helping people understand triggers, build awareness and communicate with clarity. A Toastmaster since 2022, Pascal is currently Director of Division F, connecting performance, presence and conscious leadership.

She partners with leaders to strengthen their impact, navigate complex challenges, and lead with greater confidence and clarity. Tobey combines research-based frameworks with practical application through “Elevate Your Leadership,” a coaching program designed for individual and group settings. She is a member and past president of the Jerusalem Toastmasters Club in Israel.
